WE KNOW MOHR PARK and WE KNOW THIS MARKET
My name is Roy Dronkers with Keller Williams Realty. I’ve been a Pleasanton Realtor since 1986. My family and I lived in Mohr Park some years ago. Quite a few years ago, we participated along with other Mohr Park families in working with the City Of Pleasanton in the design and development of the Nielson Community Park at the corner of Kamp and Stoneridge Drive. Mohr Park has and continues to be a wonderful community to live and raise a family.
I’ve represented over 50 families in the purchase or sale of their Mohr Park home over the last several years. I would like to introduce my Realtor partner Farida Chapman. Farida is a top-notch professional fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Indonesian. Along with our Mortgage partner, Diane Koizumi, we are excited to provide you with timely updates about this neighborhood.
There is a tremendous amount of calamity in the real estate market right now. Consequently, there is a lot of apprehension and many misconceptions that are pervading the local marketplace.
With our knowledge and experience, we can help you navigate through the current turbulence.

Mohr Park Testimonial
This is the third time we’ve worked with Roy to represent us in the purchase or sale of a home. Most recently we purchased a home here in Mohr Park. Roy did an outstanding job of helping us navigate through this changing market and directing us to make a prudent purchase. During the course of the transaction Roy and his staff were constantly in touch with us to keep us updated with timely progress reports. Roy was always personally available to speak to me or would return my calls promptly. When he discovered some repairs that were not completed properly, Roy was persistent with the repair company until the work was completed to our satisfaction.
Roy is a Realtor with the highest standard of professionalism, sincerity and integrity. We will use Roy again and will highly recommend him to others. - Dave and Laura Strother
